Android 7.0 and newer are supported, and those living in China would get a dedicated version at some point in the future. Your Phone app is now broadly available for all Fast ring users, but they must be running at least build 17723.
With this build, the Your Phone app that was announced last week becomes available to insiders, allowing Android users to get access to photos stored on their mobile devices straight from Windows 10. Windows 10 build 17730 comes with only a handful of new features, but on the other hand, there are many more general improvements and fixes, as the company prepares to enter the latest development stage. Microsoft has released a new Windows 10 Redstone 5 preview build for Windows insiders enrolled in the Fast ring as the company is nearing the stabilization phase of the update.
